For mental exercise

For mental exercise, do a course in anything that interests you. At any level, the benefit is thinking about something new, plus the social benefits of meeting with a new group of minds. Look in the local paper, U3A,  School for Seniors, look on your local Council website or even the local library. Join a social interest group and learn a new skill. Currently Robert (hubby) and I are at NMIT doing Bachelor of Writing and Publishing. Amazing how good it feels to stretch the brain again. Yes we are the oldest in the class, but there is more of a mix of ages than we thought. I think it is more fun now than in our twenties. Here's a link to our Uni. Happy thinking!
