Our book:What Can I Do?

It's all about having choices!

Trish and I wrote this book for you. We all want to believe that everything will be okay forever. Maybe it will. We can control our eating and lifestyle attitudes. We can control many, but not all factors in our lives.
We can do the best with what we have, and enjoy life.
Sometimes "Plan A" doesn't work out, so then what? How do you find out what to do, or who to ask for help?
That's what we compiled for you. Choices to create your personal "Plan B".
You can peruse it yourself; discuss it at your social group; use it as a tool to start a conversation with your family or your doctor; give it to your kids so they know what to do for you, if you need help.
