Tai Chi Tennis

A wonderful low impact exercise. The specially designed rackets are not meant to hit the ball, but to catch, move with the ball and gracefully return it. Exercise by yourself or with friends, indoors or outside. The pace is of your own choosing - from quiet, almost meditation; enjoy a hit and giggle; compete internationally.
